Zucchetti Logistics is born to strengthen and expand the Group’s technology solutions for Logistics, Transportation and Supply Chain
The company was formed from the merger of Replica Sistemi and SIMA, two companies with over forty years of experience in the field of management software for the Logistics & Transportation sector, in order to pool their significant domain expertise and accelerate application integration processes and cross-selling with other companies within the Zucchetti Group, particularly in the area of the Digital Supply Chain.
2026 marks the launch of Zucchetti Logistics, a Zucchetti Group company formed through the merger of Replica Sistemi and SIMA, two long-standing leaders with over forty years of experience in the Logistics & Transportation sector and in the development of specialized management software, supporting a total of 10.000 customer companies.
This strategic move reflects the Group’s commitment to continue delivering digital solutions and services based on the most innovative and up-to-date technologies, while further strengthening its market positioning as a single IT partner for businesses through a complete and fully integrated application offering.
Building on the strong domain expertise and software development capabilities of its people, Zucchetti Logistics will continue to expand and enhance its vertical solutions for the sector. The company offers a modular, integrated suite combining WMS (Warehouse Management System) for warehouse logistics, YMS (Yard Management System) for the management and control of vehicles and goods moving through yard areas, TMS (Transportation Management System) for shipment planning and transport cost control, as well as ERP solutions. This approach enables more efficient, productive and streamlined management of all Supply Chain phases by harmonizing information flows and reducing time, errors and costs.
