The company was formed from the merger of Replica Sistemi and SIMA, two companies with over forty years of experience in the field of management software for the Logistics & Transportation sector, in order to pool their significant domain expertise and accelerate application integration processes and cross-selling with other companies within the Zucchetti Group, particularly in the area of the Digital Supply Chain.

During the 2025 edition of the “Gino Marchet” Contract Logistics Observatory conference at the Politecnico di Milano, held on 13 November 2025, experts, companies and institutions gathered to analyse emerging trends, strategies and concrete opportunities for the Italian logistics sector. 
The event also presented the Observatory’s annual research results, with a central focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its role in managing logistics processes.

Gartner Inc., a US multinational specialising in strategic consulting, market research and analysis in the field of information technology, has published the report "Europe Context: Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems 2025". In June, Replica Sistemi – Zucchetti welcomed four fourth-year IT students from the Enrico Fermi Technical Institute in Mantua for an internship as part of the 'Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro' (School-Work Alternation internship program) project. The students' task was to create a mobile version of the EasYard TV monitor, by improving its graphics and simplifying its operation for users.
